Management of the full purchasing cycle
The purchasing module of the ERP of DKINES allows to manage all the cycle of purchases, from the order to the management of final payment, through the delivery note and the invoice.

The purchasing module is integrated with the ERP stocks module. In this way all the purchase procedures update the current stock to reflect the changes.

Within the entire purchasing cycle and for each product the following variables can be defined and controlled:

• One or two units with defined or variable fixed equivalence (for example units/kg)
  Batch control
  Location control
  Control of expiry dates
  Allocation of cost centres, from the article fiche and at any point in the purchasing cycle.
